“Climate, Energy Security and Energy Transition – French and Polish Perceptions”

5 years after the adoption of the Paris Climate Agreement, and in preparation for the virtual Climate Ambition Summit on December 12th 2020, we are pleased to host a Franco-Polish discussion about the challenges of energy security and energy transition. We will gather distinguished French and Polish experts as well as business actors, academia and civil society to discuss long-term strategies and bring forward concrete plans that put us firmly on a greener, more resilient, sustainable path in order to limit global temperature rise to 1.5C. We will compare French and Polish perceptions of energy security issues and look into the concrete cases of Franco-Polish cooperation in the field of energy transition.
